Ongoing Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Live Session Missed
   • If you are unable to attend a live session of a yoga or tantra course, you may request a refund or make up the class in the next module.
2. No Recording Available
   • If a missed session does not have a recording, you may use the class in the next module, either in personor via recordings, depending on availability.
3. Refunds
   • Refunds are considered only if the class cannot be made up. Please contact us promptly to discuss your options.

Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Full Refund
   • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop start date will receive a full refund.
2. Voucher for Future Use
   • Cancellations made 3 to 13 days before the workshop start date will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid.
   • The voucher can be redeemed for any event or class within 6 months of issuance.
3. No Refund
   • Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the workshop start date, or on the day of the workshop, are non-refundable.

Retreat Cancellation & Transfer Policy

1. Full Refund (60+ days)
   • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund.
2. Flexible Transfer
   • If you need to cancel your retreat registration, you can transfer your full payment to a future retreat if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the retreat start date.
3. Within 30 Days of the Retreat
   • Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-transferable and non-refundable, due to fixed costs (venue, staff, and accommodations).
4. Transferring Your Spot
   • You may transfer your registration to another participant at any time, provided you notify us in writing.
5. Contact for Changes
   • To request a transfer or notify us of a cancellation, please email satyayogacentrum@gmail.com with your registration details. Transfers will be processed within 5 business days.
