The Esoteric Integral Yoga Course offers a practical, experiential path to discovering the essence of who we truly are. This in-depth course is designed to expand your awareness through a wide range of techniques drawn from various yogic traditions. Together, we explore the mysteries of our inner universe in a structured and systematic way.

Our unique curriculum creates depth in both understanding and direct experience, guiding you through the authentic wisdom of traditional yoga systems. The course does not require you to belief something, rather it asks you to practice and to tell us your direct personal experiences.

What to Expect

Each session includes 1 hour and 15 minutes of practice and 45 minutes of theory. Over the weeks and months, the theoretical knowledge gradually becomes a lived experience. We dive deeply into the subtle anatomy of the body—exploring the chakra system, the koshas, and more.
This course is designed to gently open and expand your consciousness, leading to transformation on every level of your being.

In the first year, you will learn a wide range of yoga postures and discover both their physical and spiritual effects. You will also explore fundamental principles considered the “building blocks” of the universe. Techniques include meditation, purification practices, and methods for cultivating and harmonizing the erotic energies in a healthy and meaningful way.
